I, too, play EH only rarely & actually have never made my own EH reeds. I
have tried many, many over the years and the best hand-made-to-sell that I
have found (by far) are those made by Kevin Moore, who is also on this
list. You can contact Kevin at oboetools@-----. His charges a very
reasonable amount for his reeds. By the way, Kevin's oboe reeds are
equally good. While I have made my own oboe reeds that have evolved to
what I considered the best for me, I tried Kevin's oboe reeds, only to
discover that I llike them even better than my own! He's very easy to work
with and quick to respond to email.
