I make them and sell them for $ 25.00 each, plus $ 7.50 for
postage and handling. I am pretty sure there is somebody
here on the list who could give you comments about them.

I also have a performance of the Ravel Piano Concerto
coming up within the next month, so there should be
some good ones for me to pick from.
