Thanks to all who responded. I called Forrests myself and was told
that the volume is being reprinted and, hopefully, will be back in
stock by the end of November. My student tried several other places as
well, by the way!

I have great respect for what Martin Schuring has done (and his website
is terrific, as well), but, after a lifetime of that classic edition, I
just don't "see" things the same way and it throws me off in my own
approach, let alone teaching it! My problem, to be sure, that I am now
passing on to another generation, I guess.
