Hi Friends:

I may have the opportunity to build a good-sized bassoon quartet/trio
library for my school. We don't have too much. I am looking for a wide
variety of pieces from very easy to difficult and different styles. I will
use them for junior high, high school as well as college age bassoonists. I
have looked at the very extensive listing at Trevco's and also Bocal music.
Will you please recommend any of your favorites that you think I must have.
I will start with such favorites as the Bubonic Bassoon Quartet library as
well as the Prokofiev Humorous Scherzo, Schickele Last Tango in Bayreuth,
and Fucik Grouchy Old Bear. How are the other Schickele pieces, Lip My
Reeds and Blue Set #2?

Thanks so much for any suggestions. Kent
