I still use my old old 1970 copy of the (Jack) Snavely book, written for
saxophone, but usable for oboe.
It goes throught every key, maj and mi, and 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, augmented,
diminished, arpeggios; chromatic, minor (all forms); sounds like everything
you're looking for. I found it:
