I would be curious about the blade slot width. I need to sharpen a Pfeifer=
,
and I would like to also sharpen a Rieger, although they are a little
different from each other. If the slot is too wide, it is possible to
sharpen with a slant to the edge (not good). I have a Popkin and a
Butterfield sharpening block, both of which are OK, but a little more
precision would be welcome.
