Is anyone out there in oboe-land using a Bam case for oboe? I'm considering
one and want to know if there might be any cons to using it.

I've been using a regular black backpack to carry my oboe and music and
stuff for a gig bag, and it works fine. I lined it with foam for padding and
to guard against the cold, but it's worn and I'd like something new.

I wonder if using a Bam makes one more of a target for those who might be
looking to steal your instrument. Wouldn't want to get mugged in a parking
lot after a late night rehearsal!
