Try my web site. I have only played on violet and palissander
woods (related) for 15 years.

It doesn't always crack. In Europe we have a different climate.
I remember that during the recording of one of my CD's in Florida
in April, I had to have a heating lamp on me, I was so cold. The
air conditioning was freezing. Then, when one went outside for a
break, it was very hot and humid. Anything would crack, and
often does given such zig-zag conditions.

I can imagine it would be similar for you.
