My opinion is the quote was meant in tribute to D-Day and Reagan's was
chosen because of his recent death. It didn't seem to me to be laden
with Political leanings one way or the other.

Bingo!! Thank you Kat.

Actually, I first read the quote a few weeks ago as an email tag line used by
a very humanitarian and benevolent physician who writes to an International
Emergency Medicine list to which I subscribe. I was, personally, very touched
by the quote itself and the context in which it was spoken. With the recent
death of former President Reagan, I made the decision to use it in tribute to
those who lost their lives in WWII fighting the ultimate fight for freedom.
Thank you, Jennifer, for putting this into a more "musical" perspective.

Perhaps I should warn all of you that I hope to see the new "Harry Potter"
film this week, AND...I promise to watch less TV and practice more!! :-)
