Have the student start with the regular high F fingering, than go to G, but with a slightly different fingering: LH - 1/2,2,3,whisper key, low E-flat key & RH: pinky A-flat key. Then DOWN-trill the first two fingers of the right hand.

(It's much easier to demonstrate than try to explain in writting).
