Subj: [DR-L] HELP Please - New Members can't subscribe

My friend has been trying to subscribe to this list for months. In an
effort to help her I have tried to subscribe using various hotmail
addresses but have been unsuccessful.

Have also tried to get help using the DR-L help page for the email
addresses and have received no reply. Sent two messages to this list
but have received no reply.

Does anyone know if our List owner is away or no longer administering
the list?

Would appreciate any assistance please.
