Jeremy,

My understanding is that this book has been out of print for very long
time.
I think the previous advice about finding it on interlibrary loan is
probably your best bet.
However, the last time I was in Milwaukee, it was the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and not the University of Michigan, as suggested!
(Oh, well, those two cold midwestern states, either side of a lake - )
