The title is Bassoon and the publisher is Kahn & Averill in the
UK. Unfortunately, the importer in the US still does not have this book in
stock (they are now saying February). I will have this book as soon as it
is available.

I also sent a message to the publisher to see if this can be expedited. It
appears to be available now in the UK
