Subj: [DR-L] Landwell Knife
Date: Tue, 16 Dec 2003 10:40:49 -0500

Hi people,

I just bought a Landwell knife (right handed). and i'm not very sure how I
should sharpen it. I used to to do the left to right stroke with a 20 degre
e tilt then a flat right to left stroke which is mentioned in Jay Light's b
ook.

But i just bought a sharpening guide as well and by using it I can only hav
e the knife stroked (left to right and right to left) with a tilted angle
on both sides.

I"m a bit confused at which method to use on my new knife!!

ps: my new landwell knife arrived with 1 side (right) sharp already!!

help!! anyone???!!! ;)
