I bought 200 tubes from him a couple of years ago. Good quality, although I
had to send back the first batch because they were too narrow, and slipped
out of the instrument because they couldn't get a grip. Eventually he made
good, and I was very satisfied.

At that time he did not have any email, nor if I remember correctly not
even a computer, so I had to conduct business by telephone. But that was
then. I don't know about now.
