David and all,
I do know of another fine video produced by Dr. Charles Veazey at the
University of North Texas. It is shorter than the Weber/Capps video,
but is still a great overview of the entire process. I wonder if it is
still available?
Perhaps Dr. Veazey is out there? Help!
