In his/her own words, the seller does not seem sure what it is, and may not
know the impact that describing this bassoon as an 11K Heckel may have on the
bidding.

But whether or not the misrepresentation of the bassoon is intentional, could
any individual (from this list) get sued by the seller for contacting the
bidders of this item and letting them know that it is not as advertised? (Yes, I
know that anyone can try to sue anybody for anything.)

It appears like the seller will probably not remove this item, and I feel
that the bidders need to know that it is falsely advertised (again whether
intentional or not) so that they may retract their bids. If it were one of my
students bidding on this horn I'd want them to know.
