Several years ago, the Jack Spratt Music Co. published the "Mozart 2nd
Bassoon Concerto" (edited by Jack Spratt - Manfred Sax recorded this work
with the Tonhalle Orchester of Zurich). There was much speculation at the
time, regarding the authenticity of Mozart's writing this work - many
attributed it to Devienne. Just wondered if the musicologists on our list
could clarify who the actual composer was. Thanks in advance for any
response. Jim
