If you are in the US then you should have no problem finding a good dealer.
Try contacting Nora Post at www.norapost.com she is the US dealer for Lore
e, rigoutat, howarth and all the major top oboe, oboe D'amour and english h
orn brands.
I bought a Rigoutat from her last year and i'm happy with my purchase. she
is great to do business with, very resourceful, and most of all treats each
costumer as a special person. Unlike other places where you can order an o
boe from the internet and companies who will just try their best to sell yo
u more things you dont need and worst of all will not be there for you when
something goes wrong with your new oboe.
I live in Kuwait and when my rigoutat arrived into a 110 degrees Feh. weath
er it just went crazy and started changing and reshaping. I didn't know wha
t what going on and freaked out. Nora however was there when i needed her a
nd I tell you you wont find someone as comforting and friendly as her. Your
relationship with her wont die the day she receives your payment. She will
give you everything you need.
Dont take my word for it and just email her and ask her questions and see f
or yourself. trust me you wont regret it.
Two last things, she is very educated and knows so much about different obo
e brands so she will tell you which is best for you according to your needs
. Plus she will hand pick the best instrument for you when you decide to bu
y one from her.

Good luck
