I've found Ebay to be a lot like any other suppliers, you have to find the
good ones. If you are buying instruments regularly, you find reputable Ebay
sellers who are selling them regularly, have high feedback ratings, and good
return policies. There is deceit and ignorance, but there is also honor and
good service, too.
