hello all,
I'm inquiring to see if anyone has a bass oboe they might be willing to rent
and the possible price. The Wind Symphony is playing an oboe concerto by
Tcheprin (Sp?) and there is a really great bass oboe part (in the ensemble)
that they want played. I'm writing for my studio, as we know forrests has a
bass oboe that they rent. However we don't have that much of a budget and are
trying to keep the cost to a minimum. I beleive it would be needed from now
(asap) through March 11 (concert.) and an extra day or two to allow for
shipping etc. Anyone know of any good leads and good prices?
