Use the normal left side fingering for E and F.

For the Eb use the descending high Eb fingering. [This fingering will get out
of many of the awkward situations (ascending jor descending) in the high
register, and usually makes it unnecessary to switch from right to left
Eb/Ab. It may be a tad sharp, but the timbre is right, and it is responsive.]

1/2, 2, 3, Eb-Ab // 0, 2, 0, low C key.

It's a variation of the high Eb fingering found in some older charts.
