Hi Angela,
While I wouldn't advocate foot tapping etc. while playing, you might want to
consider aerobic dance once or twice a week. I think it's great for
building physical endurance, helps breath control, reduces stress, and makes
you extremely conscious of tempo and rhythm.
If you've never danced before stay in the back row and no one will notice!
