Subj: [DR-L] fingering F melodic minor scale

I'm having problems playing an F melodic minor scale
two octaves, specifically E-F-Eb-Db. Everything I've
found seems either impossible or extremely awkward.
Can anyone give me commonly used fingerings for this?
Or maybe, no else has had a problem with this and it's
just my bad technique preventing me from playing this?
